1. A non refundable security deposit of £100 plus £100 accidental breakage deposit (refunadable within 5 days of being checked and cleaned) to be paid on booking to secure holiday dates.

 

2. Balance of hire due not less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.  If the balance is not received within 6 weeks of the commencement of your holiday, the booking will be cancelled.  No refund of deposit money will be made.

 

3.The caravan will be available from 2.30 pm on day of arrival but must be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure.  

 

4.Provisional bookings will be accepted provided the deposit/security deposit is received within 7 days or the booking will be cancelled.

 

5. Pets are allowed in the caravan and no extra charge is made.  However, we do expect the hirer to be respectful of the furnishings and should extra cleaning be required following your stay this will be deducted from your security deposit.

 

6. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the caravan.

 

7. No all female or all male parties will be accepted.

 

8. Laundry and drying facilities are available on site at a charge.

 

9. Due to insurance no more than 8 people to stay in the caravan at any given time, If anyone is found to have more than 8 people will be asked the leave and no refund of the cost of the holiday or the deposit will be given,Also any damage to the caravan within this case will have to be payed in full by the person name on this form and invoice handed to them.
